My name is Helianis (Heli) Quijada Salazar (she/her/hers), and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I offer virtual therapy to adolescents, adults, and couples throughout New York and New Jersey.

I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and hold a certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C).

My practice is rooted in a trauma-centered, culturally responsive lens that honors each person’s story, strength, and complexity.
