    Individual Services

Whether you're navigating a life transition, stress, identity questions, past trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed, individual therapy offers a space just for you. Together, we explore the emotional patterns and life experiences that shape your world. Our work will aim to help you slow down, reconnect with your inner voice, and move toward greater clarity, confidence, and well-being.

    Trauma-Informed Care

I work from a trauma-centered lens, recognizing how past experiences—especially those involving violence, abuse, or chronic stress—can shape how we feel, think, and relate. For most folks, the past shows up in the present both in helpful and unhelpful ways.

Together, we build safety and trust, exploring your story at your pace. Through this, we can examine the ghosts from the past that we want and those that we are ready to dismiss.

Healing (and growth) doesn’t mean forgetting the past—it means finding a way forward, rooted in your strength.

    Support for LGBTQ+ Clients

Exploring identity, coming out, navigating gender transition, or simply wanting a space where you don’t have to explain yourself - I am here for you. Therapy can be a place of affirmation, safety, and discovery. I work from a queer- and trans-affirming lens and am committed to supporting you in living more fully and authentically.
