Perinatal & Postpartum (PMADs)

TTC, Pregnancy, Birth, and Postpartum

Pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period are often described as some of the most transformative experiences of a person's life — and they are. Transformation is not always gentle, though. It can be disorienting, exhausting, and at times, quietly devastating. You may have imagined this season of life looking very different. You may be grieving a pregnancy you lost, struggling to conceive, or finding that the reality of new parenthood feels nothing like what you expected. You may love your child deeply and still feel like you are disappearing.

All of this is real. And none of it means you are failing.

As a certified perinatal mental health specialist (PMH-C), I offer care specifically designed for this chapter — one that holds space for the full range of what you might be experiencing. That includes fertility challenges and the emotional toll of the journey to parenthood, pregnancy and infant loss, prenatal anxiety and depression, postpartum depression, anxiety, rage, and intrusive thoughts, and the profound identity shifts that come with becoming — or becoming again — a parent.

This work is relational, paced, and deeply personal. I don't measure your experience against what it "should" look like. I meet you where you are, with the understanding that asking for support during this time is not a sign of weakness — it is one of the most courageous things you can do for yourself and for your family.
