    LGBTQ+ / Queerness

Exploring identity, coming out, navigating gender transition, or simply wanting a space where you don't have to explain yourself — I am here for you.

Therapy can be a place of affirmation, safety, and discovery. Together, we create a space that feels safe, supportive, and grounded, where you can show up as you are and explore who you're becoming — without needing to translate your experience for someone else's understanding first. I approach this work with curiosity and compassion, and I work from a queer- and trans-affirming lens, committed to supporting you in living more fully and authentically.

    This work might include:

    • Coming out — to yourself, to family, to the people in your life

    • Exploring or affirming your gender identity, including transition-related support

    • Sitting with questions about sexuality or attraction without pressure to arrive at a fixed answer

    • Processing minority stress, rejection, or family conflict related to your identity

    • Navigating non-monogamy or non-traditional relationship structures

    • Holding the intersection of queerness with culture, faith, immigration status, or family expectations

My style blends psychodynamic and relational perspectives, so we can look at how your history and relationships have shaped you, while staying grounded in what you're living through right now. Wherever you are in your process — just beginning to ask questions, or years into living as your fullest self — our work can help you move toward greater clarity, connection, and well-being, at your own pace.

Sessions are available in English and Spanish, virtually across New York and New Jersey.
